Ehh, rain for CT/RI/SE MA? Don't think so. Not at all. Should be an all snow event, except south coast/cape/islands, where there will be some mix.
Yeah...I figured that...but I didn't want to break out another color for <1/4" of snow for the regions of CT and RI in Green.This winter stinks..in a normal year...I wouldn't even forecast this.
